Safety Guide for Eugin Patients against SARS-CoV2

It is important that you keep to your appointed time in order to limit the number of people in shared spaces as much as possible

Only 1 person can accompany you during your visit.

When you arrive at the clinic, your temperature will be taken and you will be given a mask to wear for the whole duration of your stay in Eugin.

You will also need to wash your hands before entering and during your stay at the clinic. For this purpose, you will have at your disposal several dispensers with hydro alcoholic gel.

We must maintain a safe distance at all times. You’ll also find some adhesive strips on the floor that will help you observe the proper spacing between people.

You will need to answer a questionnaire to assess your health status in relation to COVID-19 and we will ask you to inform us in the event that you have experienced any change in your health status.

All Eugin’s staff will be wearing a protective mask. In addition, in order to improve safety, the healthcare professionals in our clinics undergo regular screening tests.

We have installed protective methacrylate screens at all information and documentation delivery points to ensure a safe distance between our patients and internal staff.

As far as possible, we recommend that you do not bring documents in paper format. Remember that you can send them in digital format through your Secure Personal Area.

Whenever possible, visits and medical information will be encouraged by on-line means.

It is recommended that you avoid wearing jewellery such as rings or bracelets. Likewise, it is preferable for women to wear their hair up and to keep bulky items such as suitcases or luggage to a minimum.

In order to keep risks to a minimum, please avoid making payments in cash.
