Right from the very beginning Eugin Clinic wanted to be recognized as an organization that uses process management and effective protocols, efficient resources and as having satisfied patients. Our organization is also a reference point in the sector for being the first assisted reproduction clinic to implant integrated quality, an environmental and work safety management system. The company TÜV Rheinland certified the Eugin Quality Management System in 2005 and in June 2010 we renewed this certification obtaining the quality seal according to the new ISO Norm 9001:2008 based on the ISO 9001:2000 regulation. At the beginning of 2008 we obtained the certification for our environmental management system according to the ISO 14001:2004 regulation and the certification of a work health and safety system according to the OHSAS 18001:2007 regulation. These certificates cover all the processes which enable the development of Assisted Reproduction Techniques and the obstetric and gynecological follow-up.
In 2012, we obtained the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 seal and in October 2015 we made the adaptation to the new ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard, which accredits us as an organisation that has implemented an information and data protection security management system.

The customer is the centre of our activity and therefore our main objective is to have the means available to enable us to meet any demands with speed, efficiency and responsibility, with clear aims and goals, with highly qualified staff who are constantly being trained and brought up to date, with avant-garde technology and standardized processes. These processes are regularly checked to identify possible improvements and encouraged to evolve according to the expectations of the patients, scientific and technological possibilities and the current legislation.
